Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a Solar Maintenance Engineer to own PMS service delivery, oversee contractor schedules, ensure site quality, and drive fault diagnosis and reporting. The role requires a BS Electrical Engineering, PRC-licensed REE, 2–3 years in solar PV commissioning or O&M, and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering degree.
• PRC-licensed Registered Electrical Engineer required.
• 2–3 years hands-on solar PV commissioning/troubleshooting or O&M experience.
• Experience leading on-site field technicians or subcontractors.
• Basic fault-finding on commercial/industrial solar systems.

Responsibilities

• Own PMS business scope and client service levels.
• Manage schedules under contract and ensure adherence.
• Ensure high technical quality of every site visit and report.
• Build, train, and lead field technicians and subcontractors.
