Boomering inc is seeking a Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Specialist to drive outbound sales in the Australian solar sector. This onsite role in Pampanga targets residential prospects, qualifies needs, and schedules qualified appointments for Energy Consultants.

You will work with CRM tools, engage prospects in English, and maintain data accuracy in the CRM. The role requires 2+ years of outbound experience and offers a Php 41,000 monthly salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B/B2C cold calling, lead generation or appointment setting.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting and cold calling to residential prospects in Australia.
• Lead qualification to ensure viable solar installation opportunities.
• Schedule and manage face-to-face/home appointments for Energy Consultants.
• Accurately capture prospect details and notes in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for call volume, talk time, and appointments.
