AX-Talents International HR Services seeks a results-driven Sales Specialist to grow the Philippine solar and energy storage market. You will drive revenue by developing strategies, securing distributors and key accounts, and presenting PV inverters and ESS solutions to customers.

Based in Manila or willing to relocate, you will collaborate with internal technical teams, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts to management in a dynamic, consultant-based environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of frontline sales experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Proven sales experience with PV inverters, energy storage systems or solar modules.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine solar energy market.
• Existing relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, system integrators, or solar developers.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Based in or willing to be based in Manila, Philippines.
• Comfortable working under a consultant agreement.
• Highly motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently.
• Candidates with strong growth potential and a proactive sales mindset are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Philippine solar and energy storage market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, installers, EPCs, system integrators, developers, and other customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Promote and sell PV inverters, energy storage solutions, and related solar energy products.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Support projects through the full sales cycle from opportunity development to contract closing.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.
