Job summary

SN Aboitiz Power Group seeks a seasoned engineer to drive grid-scale renewable energy and energy storage development from screening to construction. You will manage technical teams, lead contract processes, and ensure SHESQ adherence across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering design, technical management, tendering, and construction within renewable energy contexts. Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate with background in renewable energy and storage project development.
• Experience in screening, feasibility, and construction stages is required.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify investment opportunities through technical scoping and risk assessment.
• Oversee pre-feasibility, feasibility, and pre-construction phases of projects.
• Establish contracts terms, lead bidding, and negotiate with vendors.
• Support project manager on technical status and risk reporting.
• Ensure turnover to execution team after investment approval.
• Review reports and maintain alignment with SHESQ policies.
