Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• At least 3 years in technical support, field service, or service engineering.
• Experience in solar, energy storage, PV, inverters, UPS, batteries preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related technical issues.
• Conduct product installation support, commissioning, testing and maintenance when required.
• Deliver product and technical training to distributors, installers and business partners.
• Support the Sales Team during customer visits with technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare technical documents, troubleshooting guides, reports and service documentation.
• Monitor product quality concerns and provide technical feedback to improve performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate replacements or repairs.
• Handle warranty claims, repair activities, and returned products.
• Maintain good relationships with customers through timely and professional support.
