Job summary

Smartchannel Pty Ltd is seeking a results-driven Energy Solutions Closer to help customers in Australia transition to smarter, more sustainable energy, both on-grid and off-grid. You’ll drive growth through fast, consultative, high-conversion sales.

You will engage with leads across calls, chat, SMS, email and social media, send quotes during calls, and aim to close same-day deals while coordinating with internal teams for installation, and providing ongoing post-sale support.

Responsibilities

• Call every new lead within given 'Fast to Market' timeframe and conduct structured consultations
• Send quotes live during the call and aim to close the deal on the same day
• Engage with customers across multiple channels (Mainly Calls, chat, SMS, email, social media)
• Recommend tailored energy solutions based on needs and assessments
• Educate customers on cost savings, environmental impact, and incentives
• Log activity in HubSpot and escalate cold leads after 7 days
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and installation
• Provide exceptional after-sales support and ongoing customer engagement
• Share feedback to improve processes and cross-functional collaboration
