Job summary

Sortr is seeking a Solar Compliance & Rebate Coordinator to join the Solar Team in Pampanga. This full-time, office-based role focuses on solar compliance, STC processing, and end-to-end grid connection management for Australian projects.

The candidate will work closely with Australian installers and homeowners to process STC rebates and ensure documentation is complete, guiding it through the regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar compliance and STC applications.
• Understanding of DNSP processes and Australian solar regulations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance checks for PV solar installations to ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Prepare and submit STC applications accurately and within required timeframes.
• Liaise with installers and homeowners regarding compliance requirements and documentation.
• Manage audited and non-compliant jobs with the internal REC team.
• Handle incoming emails, prioritise workload and respond promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams as needed.

We are seeking an experiencedSolar Compliance & Rebate Coordinator to join our Solar Team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in solar compliance, STC processing, and end-to-end grid connection management. Working closely with the Australian based installers and consumers, you’ll play a key part in processing STC rebates and ensuring documentation is complete.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solar compliance, STC applications, and grid connections
• Strong understanding of Australian solar regulations and DNSP processes
• Experience working with distributor portals (e.g., AusNet, Jemena, SAPN, etc.)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
