SolarUp is seeking experienced Phone Sales Agents to join our on-site team in Pasig, operating a permanent day shift in Ortigas CBD. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and present solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.

Ideal candidates have prior solar campaign experience and strong English communication, plus proven telesales skills and a results-driven mindset.

Non-Negotiable Requirement

Previous experience in a Solar Energy Campaign (Residential and/or Commercial).

Candidates must have handled outbound phone sales, telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales within the solar industry. Applications without prior solar campaign experience will not be considered.
