Job summary

Lightning Energy Inc in Metro Manila is hiring a commission-only Sales Representative to sell residential and commercial solar, battery and related energy solutions. You will work leads over the phone and in person: qualify customers, run consultations, design suitable systems using our approved products and pricing tools, present quotes, and close sales.

Leads are supplied; you own the follow-up and the close. This is a pure commission role with uncapped earnings; there is no base salary.

Qualifications

• Proven phone and face-to-face sales experience.
• Willing to work on commission-only pay.
• Based in or willing to work across Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads promptly (phone and follow-up).
• Run phone and in-person consultations across Metro Manila.
• Design solar/battery systems using approved products and pricing tools.
• Present quotes clearly and close deals.
• Log every call, note and outcome in our CRM.
• Meet a 24-hour first-contact SLA on new leads assigned to you.
• Submit a short daily sales report.

• Design solar/battery systems using approved products and our price calculator
• Present quotes clearly and close deals
• Log every call, note and outcome in our CRM
• Meet a 24-hour first-contact SLA on new leads assigned to you
• Submit a short daily sales report

What we’re looking for

• Proven phone and face‑to‑face sales experience (solar, energy, home improvement, telco, insurance or similar preferred)
• Comfortable with commission‑only pay and uncapped earnings
• Strong Filipino and English communication
• Based in or willing to work across Metro Manila (travel to customer sites as needed)
• Organised, CRM‑comfortable, and hungry to close
• Honest product advice — no overselling or false claims
