Job summary

Hrtx in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Test Lead to drive testing strategy for the Commercial Risk Eco System across Europe and Asia Pacific. The role focuses on building comprehensive test plans, mentoring QA teams, and ensuring high-quality software deployments.

You will define testing scope, establish QA standards, coordinate with Build teams, and guide distributed teams through automation and manual testing to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on software testing experience with testing methodologies, scripting, and test reporting.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide QA teams in best practices.
• Strong track record developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios with thorough documentation.
• Expertise in defect tracking and program-level defect triage across multiple teams.
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.

Responsibilities

Location: Philippines

Position Purpose

The Quality Assurance Lead will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality,

internally developed enterprise software platform deployed across Europe and Asia Pacific. This

role involves creating comprehensive test plans, collaborating with distributed teams across

multiple regions, and working closely with Build teams to support successful software

deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Development and Quality Assurance

Develop and maintain test plans to support the delivery of the Commercial Risk Eco

System in Europe and Australia.

Establish and uphold QA standards, best practices, and testing methodologies as part of

the delivery framework.

Define, communicate, and execute the required testing scope to meet project and

business objectives.

Provide guidance to QA teams on effective testing strategies and approaches to ensure

high-quality deliverables.

Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress within the QA team.

Collaborate with the test team to design and execute comprehensive test scenarios

covering all functional and technical requirements.

Review and assess issues raised by the team, logging and managing tickets in Azure

DevOps when necessary.

Evaluate and implement test automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing

efficiency and coverage.

Governance and Delivery

Ensure compliance with organizational processes and security standards.

Coordinate with security teams on the resolution of any security-related issues.

Work closely with support teams to enhance skills, knowledge sharing, and tool

Qualifications and Experience
