Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to guide a team of quality engineers, coordinating cross-disciplinary efforts to enhance application delivery quality. You will oversee test planning, execution, and defect resolution, driving process improvements and knowledge sharing across teams.

The role requires SME-level SAP Business Suite Testing, proficiency in test management tools, and hands-on experience with Selenium and TOSCA.

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will spend your day guiding and supporting a team of quality engineers to ensure seamless collaboration across various disciplines. You will coordinate efforts to integrate different systems and processes, aiming to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of application delivery. Your role involves overseeing the planning and execution of testing activities, fostering communication among teams, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team and with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and team productivity.
• Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and achieve project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Business Suite Testing.
• Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management, Selenium, TOSCA Testsuite.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing lifecycle management.
• Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective test cases.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools to optimize testing efficiency.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Business Suite Testing.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
