Qualifications

• 4+ years in Quality Assurance including leadership experience
• Hands-on ERP systems testing and business process understanding
• Proficient with QA tools such as Selenium, Postman and JIRA
• Strong testing across functional, regression, integration and UAT
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Problem solving and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA team to deliver high-quality software
• Test ERP modules focusing on integration, usability, and data accuracy
• Oversee manual and automated testing strategies and execution
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to refine requirements
• Drive defect tracking, reporting, and timely resolutions
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and quality
• Ensure performance testing and scalability meet standards
• Report quality metrics and progress to stakeholders
