Job summary

WTW is seeking a hands-on QA tester to work with a scrum team to refine stories, design and implement automated tests, and enhance product quality across web applications.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of functional testing experience, strong Selenium skills, and familiarity with AI testing tools. You will contribute to test plans, participate in reviews, and mentor teammates in a remote, cross-functional setup.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of QA with functional testing experience.
• Hands-on tester across functional and cross-functional testing.
• AI agents/prompt engineering or AI-driven tools is a plus.
• Testing of web apps with cross-browser UI testing techniques.
• Proficient in Selenium for automated web testing.

Responsibilities

• Refine stories with the scrum team and define test strategies.
• Create test plans that are easy to execute by you or others.
• Design and implement automated tests to maximize regression coverage.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies.
• Review test plans (automated and manual) and provide detailed feedback.
• Contribute to evolving quality methodologies to sustain product quality.
• Write technical documentation.
• Mentor team members and accept feedback.
