Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an experienced QA engineer to join our team in Manila. You will work with a SCRUM team to refine user stories and identify robust test strategies, while creating executable test plans for the team.

The Role

• Work with a scrum team to refine stories and identify the correct test strategy
• Create test plans that can easily be executed by yourself or others
• Design and implement automated tests to maximise regression coverage
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies
• Review and provide detailed feedback on test plans (automated and manual QA) created by other team members
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the quality methodology to sustain and enhance ongoing product quality
• Write technical documentation
• Mentor team members and be open to feedback

The Requirements

• Functional Testing Experience-3-8 yearsin QA
• Be a hands‑on tester who is comfortable working across a whole range of functional and cross‑functional testing
• Testing-specific experience with AI agents, prompt engineering or any other AI‑driven tools is a significant advantage
• Experience in testing web applications with knowledge of cross browsers and user‑interface testing techniques
• Skilled in usingSelenium for automated web testing, including writing and maintaining test scripts
• Demonstrate experience with exploratory testing, not just working to test plans
• Test Case Management: Creating, executing, and managing test cases with or without business requirements/design documents
• Ability to triage failures, identify root‑cause, and define corrective actions
• Experience with at least one of the leading test automation tools and frameworks
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in executingAgile and Continuous Deliverybest practices
• Experience working in cross‑functional virtual teams Understanding of full life cycle development right from the requirements gathering to delivery
• Experience with testing products on any of the following technology: .NET, SQL, XML, web services
• Have the ability to set priorities and undertake complex tasks with minimal supervision
