Responsibilities

• Refine stories with the scrum team and define test strategies.
• Create test plans executable by the team.
• Design and implement automated tests to maximise regression coverage.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies.
• Review and provide feedback on test plans (automated and manual).
• Contribute to evolving the quality methodology to sustain product quality.
• Write technical documentation.
• Mentor team members and welcome feedback.
