We are looking for a Quality Test Engineer to join our QA team and support software quality through automation, performance testing, and AI-driven testing initiatives. In this role, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality software by creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
• Perform functional, automation, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Ensure adequate test coverage and software quality before release.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to validate requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and testing standards.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing testing tools and automation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with software testing, QA methodologies, and Agile development.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • PowerShell and Bash/Shell scripting
  • GitHub Actions
  • Groovy (ReadyAPI)
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver, Docker, or LoadRunner is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and software development concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
