Job summary

ENVI-COMM CORPORATION is seeking a Software Product Operations Lead to bridge business leadership, product development, technology, and end users. You will ensure software products are properly planned, launched, monitored, and continuously improved to deliver business value.

You will translate business requirements into clear product priorities and actionable plans for technical teams, manage roadmaps, and establish standardized processes across product development, release, and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Software Project Management, Business Systems, SaaS, or related field.
• Experience working with software development or technology teams.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or other software development methodologies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in productivity, project management, and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of software products from planning to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Translate business objectives into product strategies, priorities, and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and operational plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve functionality, user experience, efficiency, and business value.
• Establish standardized processes for development, release management, documentation, and support.
• Coordinate with management, developers, QA, users, and business units.
• Translate requirements and user needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Oversee SDLC activities across planning, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and monitoring.
• Monitor issues, bugs, feedback, and prioritization for proper resolution.
