Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Product Development Officer to optimize customer experience and ensure delivers of innovative products aligned with market trends. You will develop product strategies, conduct market research, and define requirements, creating roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business value and user feedback.

You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Sales to launch products, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in product-related roles.
• 3–5 years of experience in consumer/market research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Can report onsite (in Mandaluyong) and on-field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Conduct Market Research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
• Define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on business value and user feedback.
• Collaborate with Brand, marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement, analyzing data to inform continuous improvement.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life, including launch planning and post-launch analysis.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on product goals.
• Handle product training to ensure stakeholders are aware of each product's features.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry innovations to maintain competitiveness.
