You will shape the component strategy, oversee deployment, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle, including CI/CD, tooling, and architecture collaboration with senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in technical leadership and management roles
• Strong technical expertise in complete software development lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team serving a specific airline customer
• Ensure high-quality delivery in alignment with security policies and governance standards
• Develop a component strategy and oversee its deployment and evolution
• Champion a quality-focused mindset across the development cycle and CI/CD
• Develop tooling and monitoring capabilities and transversal modules for teams
• Participate in RFPs and assess migration gaps for legacy systems
• Engage with customer to align priorities, roadmap, and delivery outcomes
• Represent the team in customer-facing discussions and governance forums
