Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Software Developer in Test in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for web and backend systems, while collaborating with developers and product teams to establish test strategies and acceptance criteria.

The candidate will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, execute functional and performance testing, and drive defect tracking with root cause analysis, contributing to high-quality software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software testing and automation
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools

Responsibilities
