Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to manage email marketing campaigns, craft social ad creatives, and produce short-form video content from a seasonal image library. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule at least two Mailchimp campaigns per week, planning campaigns up to a month ahead.
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest from our seasonal image library.
• Produce engaging short-form content including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Edit promotional videos and product clips for website and socials.
• Review ad/campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes and content ideas.
• Retouch, crop and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
• Collaborate with the creative director for direction, feedback and final approval.

The role covers email marketing campaigns, social media ad creatives, short-form video editing, and content creation from a professionally shot seasonal image library. We want someone with strong creative instincts who brings ideas to the table, rather than waiting to be told what to make.

Key Responsibilities

• - Create and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns per week, planning up to a month of campaigns ahead
• - Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest from our seasonal image library
• - Produce engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos
• - Edit promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels
• - Review ad and campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations
• - Proactively pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas
• - Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use
• - Work closely with the creative director for direction, feedback, and final approval

Mandatory Skills

• - Proven experience creating content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
• - Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform
• - Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content
• - Proficiency in Photoshop or a comparable image editing tool

• - Experience with Final Cut Pro or other professional video editing software
