Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to lead email marketing campaigns, craft social media ad creatives, and develop short-form video content from a professional seasonal image library.

You will edit videos, optimize images, and report on performance while collaborating with the creative director to shape campaigns and content direction.

Qualifications

• Proven content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Hands-on Mailchimp experience.
• Strong video editing for short-form/promotional content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image editor.
• Creative, proactive, and able to pitch ideas independently.
• Disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and responsiveness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns per week, planning up to a month ahead.
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest from seasonal image library.
• Produce engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Edit promotional videos and short product clips for website and social channels.
• Review ad/campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas.
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
• Work closely with the creative director for direction, feedback, and final approval.

Leading the creative side of digital marketing at a well-established jewelry brand is the opportunity for a creative and proactive Social Media & Video Content VA. The role covers email marketing campaigns, social media ad creatives, short-form video editing, and content creation from a professionally shot seasonal image library. We want someone with strong creative instincts who brings ideas to the table and doesn't wait to be told what to make.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns per week, planning up to a month of campaigns ahead
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest from our seasonal image library
• Produce engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos
• Edit promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels
• Review ad and campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations
• Proactively pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience creating content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Hands‑on experience with Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform
• Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content
• Proficiency in Photoshop or a comparable image editing tool
• A strong creative eye, with the confidence to generate and pitch original ideas independently
• Disciplined, careful, and productive without close oversight
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Final Cut Pro or other professional video editing software
• Background creating content for fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Experience improving email marketing performance or advising on email platform strategy
• Understanding of ad performance metrics and reporting
• Capable of keeping several campaigns in view at once without losing the thread
