Job summary

Good Sale Tech Co., Inc. is seeking a seasoned Social Media Lead to drive brand strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and other platforms.

You will oversee the content team, maintain brand voice, and ensure content supports traffic, conversions, and sales. You will guide ideation, production, publishing, and performance analysis, coordinating with Brand, Influencer, E-commerce, and Creative teams to optimize campaigns and share insights.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Social Media or related field.
• 1-2 years leading a content/social media team.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
• Ability to translate data into actionable content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain content pillars, brand voice, content formats, and monthly content direction.
• Lead the full content process from ideation, briefing, production, review, publishing, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Manage and coach the Social Media team, including content creators and social media officers.
• Ensure content is delivered and published on schedule with strong quality control.
• Lead content ideation based on trends, audience behavior, and market insights.
• Review scripts, hooks, storytelling, editing, captions, CTAs, and overall content quality before publishing.
• Monitor and analyze key social media metrics and identify winning formats.
