Job summary

Sky Ads Inc is seeking a hands-on Design & Content Team Leader to guide a fast-moving creative team, ensuring high visual quality, brand consistency, and strict deadlines. The role blends leadership, creative coordination, and performance-oriented advertising content.

You will lead briefs, review output, and manage multiple campaigns across TikTok and major social channels, while coaching designers on hierarchy, hooks, and testing strategies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design/content production experience with a strong portfolio.
• Degree in Multimedia/Graphic Design/Marketing or related field preferred.
• Ability to lead briefs, give specific feedback, and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the graphic design/content team and assign work based on campaign priority, skill, and deadline.
• Review creative output for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and readiness before release.
• Translate briefs and feedback into clear creative directions, variations, and testing plans.
• Develop and manage static, video, and short-form creatives for TikTok, Facebook/Meta, and other channels.
• Maintain templates, assets, and organized archives; coach designers on visual hierarchy and storytelling.
• Use approved AI tools to improve production efficiency while ensuring brand compliance.
• Coordinate urgent needs with ADS/management and monitor revisions and quality issues.
