Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years social media experience, Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication or Multimedia Arts or Journalism or related field.
• Experience handling brand pages with 100k+ followers preferred.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and performance marketing teams.
• Background in Content Strategy and Storytelling and Digital Communication

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate enterprise social media strategy aligned with brand positioning and business priorities.
• Own and manage Filinvest’s master content calendar and ensure timely, engaging content across platforms.
• Administer all Filinvest-owned social media accounts with governance and security.
• Lead content creators to produce platform-ready assets (photos, videos, carousels, reels, stories).
• Oversee community engagement, response tone, and escalation for sensitive interactions.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CX, CRM, and Sales to align organic and paid efforts and optimize results.
• Produce weekly/monthly analytics and recommendations to improve content performance and platform health.
• Monitor crisis signals and support Corporate Communications during incidents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
