Job summary

IG Evolution Corporation is seeking a Creative Lead (TikTok E-commerce) to drive our social content and shape the brand on TikTok. You will develop engaging content strategies, produce on-brand TikTok videos and oversee a team of videographers and motion designers to raise quality and impact.

This role partners with product and marketing to accelerate views, engagement and sales while staying aligned with brand voice.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation with a strong TikTok track record.
• Proficient in video editing, motion graphics and other multimedia tools to bring ideas to life.
• In-depth understanding of TikTok dynamics, trends, and effective content formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging TikTok content strategies that drive views, conversions and sales.
• Create compelling and on-brand TikTok videos, reels and other content for our products.
• Mentor and guide a team of videographers and motion designers to elevate TikTok assets.
• Handle video postings, script videos, plan content schedule and liaise with brand about videos.
