Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries about aesthetic treatments, services, and promotions.
• Respond to inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, and other platforms.
• Assist in converting online inquiries into appointments and sales.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Create and post engaging social media content.
• Assist with captions, promotional posts, stories, reels, and basic video content.
• Promote clinic services, packages, and special offers.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas.
• Assist with basic sales and marketing reports.
• Perform other clinic and administrative tasks as assigned.
