RVD FOOD GROUP is seeking a Marketing Specialist (Social Media/Marcom) to join the team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on enhancing brand presence across digital and traditional channels, generating leads, and executing integrated campaigns that drive business objectives.

The ideal candidate is either a fresh graduate or has 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with proficiency in social platforms and tools.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 1–3 years in digital marketing, campaign management, or data-driven agency role.
• Experience with retail, lifestyle, or premium food and beverage brands is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Familiar with social media management tools and campaign planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance metrics, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness to optimise future initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, creative, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Engage with social media communities, respond to inquiries, and build follower relationships.
• Create marketing collateral including graphics, promotional materials, and branded content.
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, product launches, and promotions.
• Maintain marketing calendars and content schedules for timely publication.
• Track marketing performance against KPIs and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
