Qualifications

About the role

Brookside Manpower Services is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing professional to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive our brand presence across social media platforms and engage with our growing online community. You will be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy, creating compelling content and building meaningful connections with our audience to support the company's growth objectives and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok
• Create, curate and publish engaging content including text, images, video and graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage community engagement in a timely and professional manner
• Analyse social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales and communications to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Identify trends, opportunities and best practices in social media marketing to keep Brookside Manpower Services competitive and relevant
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and optimisation to achieve maximum return on investment
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand partners and key stakeholders to expand reach and brand awareness

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in social media marketing or a related marketing communications role, ideally 2–4 years of hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms, best practices and advertising tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social or similar platforms
• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities with a passion for innovation in digital marketing
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing and digital marketing trends is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
