RVD FOOD Inc' in Paranaque City, Metro Manila is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and manage content for assigned brands. Responsibilities include campaigns across channels, market research, and performance analytics to optimize ROI.

The role requires familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and CRM tools, with 1–3 years of experience or fresh graduates. Schedule is Monday–Saturday with a fixed 9AM–6PM, based in Paranaque, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising Arts, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or data-driven agency role.
• Experience with retail, lifestyle, or premium food/beverage brands is a plus.
• Proven familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, web analytics, and CRM software.
• Hands-on experience with email/SMS blasting tools and capturing high-quality content via mobile or DSLR.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and digital metrics.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across channels.
• Content Creation: produce marketing materials and content such as blogs and ad copy.
• Market Research: analyze trends and define target audience demographics.
• Performance Analytics: track campaigns using analytics and CRMs to improve ROI.
• Event Coordination: organize influencer visits, product shoots, and brand events.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with management, designers, FOH, and vendors to ensure brand consistency.
