Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
• Knowledge in marketing communications.
• Familiarity with various social media channels, apps, and other digital platforms.
• Strong initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
• Copywriting is a plus.
• Team player able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into marketing stories executed on social media, web/app development, below-the-line, and above-the-line activities.
• Manage and develop clients’ social media channels and communities, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Collaborate on crafting and producing content and assets.
• Interact with online communities to build engagement and manage crises and issues.
• Manage social media listening tools and monitor crises, complaints, and issues with teammates.
