Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketing Manager to drive our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. You will handle content planning, scheduling, engagement and reporting within a CRM-driven workflow.

You should be results-focused, creative and comfortable executing campaigns, turning ideas into short-form video content, and generating insights from performance metrics while collaborating with a small, driven team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM/marketing automation tool.
• Experience making and repurposing short-form video content.
• Strong content calendar planning and scheduling skills.
• Self-reliant, thorough, and steady.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Queue and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other connected platforms through GoHighLevel.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and workflow automation linked to our social channels.
• Make and repurpose short-form video content, including Reels and Shorts.
• Keep tabs on community engagement and answer comments and messages promptly.
• Monitor engagement metrics and gather performance insights.
• Put together regular reports on social media performance and growth.
• Run the automation panels connected to our social media platforms.

Job Summary:
We're opening our doors to a proactive Social Media Marketing Manager to drive our social media presence and support our marketing automation work. You'll cover content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and reporting across our connected platforms. The person we need is results-focused, creative, and comfortable working within a CRM-driven marketing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map out and maintain a content calendar for our social media platforms

• Queue and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other connected platforms through GoHighLevel

• Contribute to marketing campaigns and workflow automation linked to our social channels

• Make and repurpose short-form video content, including Reels and Shorts

• Keep tabs on community engagement and answer comments and messages promptly

• Put together regular reports on social media performance and growth

Mandatory Skills:
