MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X. You will develop calendars for campaigns and launches, create original photo/video content, and craft on-brand captions while driving engagement and performance.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on social media experience, strong video/editing skills, and proficiency with Meta Business Suite.

Formación

• 2+ years of social media management experience in retail/home décor/lifestyle/e-commerce.
• Strong hands-on photo and video content creation/editing skills.
• Proven experience creating short‑form video content for Reels and TikTok.
• Strong copywriting and brand voice consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day social media content and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for campaigns, launches, and evergreen content.
• Create original photo and video content including product features and lifestyle shoots.
• Write engaging captions and manage community engagement across platforms.
• Collaborate with catalog/merchandising to feature products and campaigns.
• Monitor trends in décor and lifestyle categories and adapt content accordingly.
• Manage paid and organic social performance and reporting.
• Support social content across multiple product categories and sister brands.
