Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative, Marketing Management, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Preferred certifications from social media platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
• Ideally with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Backgrounds: creative agency, social media agency, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Govern social media governance and brand standards across channels.
• Administer brand pages and ensure platform hygiene and compliance.
• Upload content and perform quality checks (QC).
• Coordinate with content creators and business units.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align campaigns.
