About the role

You'll work with our team to turn ideas into an organized content calendar and posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Global-X will set the brand direction and approve content before publication. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, takes initiative, manages their work independently, and grows with us over the long term.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar based on our products, campaigns, events, and priorities.
• Research relevant trends and propose content ideas that fit Global-X and its audience.
• Write captions, prepare posts for review, and schedule approved content.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, or other creative partners when projects call for them. Communicate requirements, follow up on deliverables, and help keep production on schedule.
• Gather accurate product information, customer stories, and event details from the team.
• Monitor content performance and share practical recommendations to improve awareness, engagement, and customer inquiries.
• Keep the team informed about progress, upcoming deadlines, and any issues that need a decision.

About you

• Around two years of relevant experience in social media, content planning, or digital marketing, or a portfolio that demonstrates equivalent professional capability. Fresh graduates with relevant freelance work, part‑time experience, internships, or independent projects are welcome to apply.
• A portfolio showing work you personally contributed to and the thinking behind it.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including basic performance insights.
• The discipline to manage deadlines and follow through without constant reminders.
• Initiative, creative thinking, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn as our brand grows.
• An interest in footwear, sports, motorcycles, or community-focused marketing is a plus.

Work arrangement and benefits

• This is a full-time employee position, primarily working from home.
• We plan to meet in person at least twice a month. Additional meetings or event attendance may be needed from time to time and will be arranged in advance.
• The position includes a probationary period of up to six months, with performance expectations discussed at the start.
• Government-mandated benefits are provided in accordance with Philippine law.
• We'll also review performance and growth opportunities as the role and company develop.
