Global-X is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to turn ideas into organized content calendars and posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will collaborate with the brand team to shape direction, chase deadlines, and publish engaging content.

Qualifications

Around two years of relevant experience in social media, content planning, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar based on products, campaigns, events, and priorities.
Research relevant trends and propose content ideas that fit Global-X and its audience.
Write captions, prepare posts for review, and schedule approved content.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, or other creative partners when projects call for them.
Gather accurate product information, customer stories, and event details from the team.
Monitor content performance and share practical recommendations to improve awareness, engagement, and customer inquiries.
Keep the team informed about progress, upcoming deadlines, and any issues that need a decision.
