• Oversee and schedule Instagram content, including posts and reels
• Cut raw video footage into polished, on-brand reels
• Craft engaging captions that fit the brand voice and travel niche
• Build and keep up a monthly content calendar based on the direction provided
• Draft and schedule email newsletters in Mailchimp
• Research relevant travel and lifestyle accounts for content ideas
• Compile periodic performance reports covering views, engagement, and growth
• Share proactive daily updates on tasks underway and completed

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong written English with sharp attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience managing Instagram accounts and editing short-form video (Reels or TikTok-style)
• At ease using Mailchimp or comparable email marketing platforms
• Proficiency with Canva and short-form video editing tools
• Dependable, detail-focused, and capable of working independently
• Solid communication skills, including proactive, consistent updates

Preferred Skills:

• Background creating content for travel, lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury brands
• Familiarity with content calendar planning and social media performance reporting
• Ability to take inspiration from other accounts while staying true to a distinct brand voice
• At ease handling multiple platforms and channels at once
