Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Video Content VA in Metro Manila. This role leads the creative side of digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media ad creatives, and video editing from a professional seasonal image library.

You will contribute ideas, not just tasks, and work closely with the creative director to shape campaigns and visuals for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Reels, and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Experience producing content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or a comparable email marketing platform.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content.
• Proficient Photoshop or equivalent image editing tool.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns a week, mapping out up to a month of campaigns in advance.
• Create social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest from our seasonal image library.
• Make engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Cut promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels.
• Assess ad and campaign performance and write reports with recommendations.
• Put forward creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas on your own initiative.
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
• Partner closely with the creative director on direction, feedback, and final sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

• A sharp creative eye and the confidence to develop and pitch original ideas independently
• Self-reliant, accurate, and consistent in your work
• Strong communication skills and receptiveness to feedback

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Final Cut Pro or other professional video editing software
• Background producing content for fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Experience lifting email marketing performance or advising on email platform strategyGrasp of ad performance metrics and reporting
