Job summary

Mash Company in the Philippines is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to lead always-on social and community management for an Australian lifestyle beverage brand, with a tone that is warm, witty, familiar, and social-first.

The role covers publishing, community management, social listening, content calendar management, copywriting, localization, CRM/email support, and monthly reporting. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract working based on Australian hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in social media and community management, digital marketing, content, or brand communications.
• Experience managing branded social channels for consumer, FMCG, beverage, lifestyle, or culture-led brands.
• Excellent English copywriting skills and understanding of Australian social tone, humour, and cultural cues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day community engagement across owned social channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Moderate conversations and escalate issues when needed, balancing engagement and escalations.
• Write engaging social copy across platforms and localise assets with approvals and timelines.
• Maintain channel hygiene and publishing approvals, calendars, and workflows.
• Provide monthly social reporting and actionable insights for performance improvement.
