Job summary

ULTIM8 OUTSOURCE SOLUTIONS CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a capable Social Media Manager to develop content calendars, craft engaging captions, and publish posts across platforms.

You will create short-form videos, handle basic editing with CapCut/Canva/Adobe Express, and adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while aligning with an Australian client’s hours and brand voice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media management or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram; TikTok experience is a plus.
• Experience creating and scheduling social media content.
• Basic video editing to create clean short-form videos.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with the client's brand and goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
• Create and edit simple short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Perform basic video editing using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
• Repurpose existing photos, videos, and content into posts and reels.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices.
• Track basic performance metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the client/team to gather content, approvals, and feedback.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and posting quality.
• Proactively suggest new content ideas and opportunities for growth.
