Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking a Social Media Associate to maintain and grow the company’s online presence across Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will craft strategies, calendars, and campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

The role involves coordinating with branding, PR, and partner teams, researching media plans, and presenting creative briefs. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in a similar field is preferred.
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and can work under pressure.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to generate a fan base and increase traffic on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Create strategic campaign calendars with goals to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Assist with digital media research and media planning.
• Coordinate with Branding and other departments to meet media goals and objectives.
• Develop and present creative briefs to the team.
• Develop social media campaigns in support of business objectives.
• Provide insights and analysis to fuel campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal and external marketing partners and calendars.
• Handle project-oriented tasks like process improvements, calendar development, and execution.
• Monitor analytics and track key metrics against goals within the social media team.
• Align campaigns with the PR team.
