Job summary

IntouchCX in Manila is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to elevate our digital presence, grow our online community, and drive brand engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. You will craft content, manage communities, and analyze campaigns to deliver measurable impact.

Work closely with Marketing, PR, Graphics, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging, collaborate on launches, and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts.
• Proven track record of creating engaging written, visual, and short-form video content.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media algorithms and best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Proficiency in social analytics tools with the ability to interpret data, identify audience behavior trends, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for brand voice, tone, and grammar.
• Strong project and time-management skills; familiarity with scheduling and publishing software (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Loomly) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or CapCut).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-backed social media strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives and key business goals.
• Conceptualize, write, and produce high-quality multimedia content tailored to each platform.
• Maintain a dynamic content calendar, ensuring consistent scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and emerging channels.
• Track industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and viral formats to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
• Act as the voice of our brand by actively monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.
• Foster a thriving online community by driving discussions, rewarding loyal followers, and moderating user-generated content.
• Maintain brand integrity and handle sensitive customer queries by escalating issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Graphics, Marketing, PR, and Sales) to ensure messaging, promotions, and branding remain consistent.
• Partner with product and customer support teams to stay informed on company updates, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate performance using platform analytics tools; track KPIs including engagement rate, reach, CTR, follower growth, and conversions; translate data into actionable insights in monthly and campaign reports.
