Job summary

ITALPINAS DEVELOPMENT CORP. seeks a junior Social Media Specialist to manage day-to-day social channels, tailor content for each platform, and drive audience engagement in the Philippines. You will create multimedia content, plan campaigns, and collaborate with influencers to grow the brand.

You will monitor performance with analytics tools, conduct audience research, and manage content calendars to ensure timely, impactful posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience managing social media accounts for businesses
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
• Proficient in major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
• Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools
• Strong communication and community management skills
• Trend-aware, creative, and detail-oriented
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
• Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms
• Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms
• Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand.
• Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
• Undertake audience research.
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platform using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Audience Insights.
• Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
