Job summary

JLT Customs Brokerage is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead content creation and strategy across major platforms from its Manila office. You will build strong online communities, plan campaigns, and collaborate with designers and creators to deliver engaging content.

You will monitor trends, analyze results, and optimize paid and organic efforts while coordinating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
• Experience with analytics and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, manage, and schedule engaging social media content aligned with brand objectives.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate campaigns, promotions, and online initiatives.
• Write compelling captions, create content concepts, and collaborate with designers and content creators.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the marketing team for optimization.
• Assist in content production, including photo, video, and short-form content creation.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
