Job summary

Acxelsus is seeking a Social Media and Creative Design Specialist to manage the client's Instagram and Facebook, producing refined visuals inspired by Japanese and Korean aesthetics and ensuring consistent branding across social media, brochures, and postcards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field and 2–3 years as a Virtual Assistant focusing on Social Media Management and Graphic Design, with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and experience in Instagram/Facebook

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years as a Virtual Assistant focused on Social Media Management and Graphic/Creative Design, preferably in healthcare/wellness/lifestyle brands.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; managing Instagram/Facebook business accounts & content calendars.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

The Social Media and Creative Design Specialist will manage the client's Instagram and Facebook accounts, produce refined and subtle visual designs inspired by Japanese and Korean aesthetics, and ensure consistent branding across social media, brochures, and postcards.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage content for the client's Instagram and Facebook accounts,ensuring consistent posting and audience engagement.
• Creative & Visual Design: Produce refined, subtle visual designs inspired by Japanese and Korean aesthetics for use in social media creatives and print materials.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity and brand voice across social media, brochures, and postcards.
• Mockup Development: Create sample mockups based on client-provided products to bring design concepts to life.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant focused on Social Media Management and Graphic/Creative Design, ideally with exposure to healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Technical Skills: Strong design eye with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools; experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts and content calendars.
• Soft Skills: Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate brand direction (refined, subtle, Japanese/Korean-inspired aesthetics) into polished visual output; proactive and able to work independently.
• Language: Proficient in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting healthcare, wellness, or medical/lifestyle brands specifically
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
• Basic knowledge of print production requirements for brochures and postcards
