Job summary

Acxelsus, a Singapore-based entertainment brand, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to produce and retouch visual content—from social media creatives to marketing collateral—using advanced Photoshop to maintain a polished brand look.

You will handle Photoshop editing, photo retouching, colour grading, and design of templates and assets for campaigns. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, a strong eye for detail, and proficiency in Illustrator and Canva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design and/or photo retouching experience, including social media or e-commerce work for international clients.
• Advanced Photoshop skills (retouching, compositing, colour grading); working knowledge of Illustrator and Canva; familiarity with social media specs.
• Strong eye for visual detail; ability to manage multiple requests and accept revision feedback.
• Business-level English to interpret briefs and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Photoshop Editing: detailed image editing, compositing, and manipulation per briefs and brand standards.
• Photo Retouching & Colour Grading: skin, lighting, composition fixes with consistent grading.
• Social Media Creative Development: design graphics/templates for posts, stories, and ads.

Job Overview

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to produce and retouch visual content - from social media creatives to marketing collateral - using advanced Photoshop skills to maintain a polished, consistent brand look for a Singapore-based entertainment brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Photoshop Editing: Perform detailed image editing, compositing, and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop to meet creative briefs and brand standards.
• Photo Retouching & Colour Grading: Retouch photos for skin, lighting, and composition issues, and apply consistent colour grading across image sets.
• Social Media Creative Development: Design graphics and templates for social media posts, stories, and ads that align with campaign themes and brand identity.
• Marketing Collateral Design: Produce supporting marketing materials such as banners, flyers, and digital ads for campaigns and promotions.
• Brand Asset Creation & Management: Create and maintain reusable brand assets (templates, icon sets, style elements) and organize files for easy team access.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio-demonstrated skill).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and/or photo retouching, ideally with exposure to social media or e-commerce creative work for an international client.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills (retouching, compositing, colour grading); working knowledge of Illustrator and Canva; understanding of social media creative specs and formats.
• Soft Skills: Strong eye for visual detail and composition, ability to manage multiple creative requests, and openness to revision feedback.
• Language: Business-level English required for interpreting creative briefs and feedback.

Preferred

• Prior experience supporting an entertainment, media, or lifestyle brand
• Familiarity with video/motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
