Job summary

BizEx (The Business Expander) is seeking a results-driven Social Media Ads Expert who can create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. You’ll build audiences, test ideas, and report on ROAS and lead quality.

This contract-based, remote role requires staying online during Central Timezone, managing multiple client accounts, and delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven experience running paid ads for multiple clients.
• Strong portfolio of campaigns with results, dashboards and case studies.
• Deep understanding of ad metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Experience with lead generation funnels, pixel setup, tracking tools, and basic analytics.
• Excellent targeting, copywriting, and visual direction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Role Overview

We're on the lookout for someone who LIVES and BREATHES ads. A highly skilled Social Media Ads Expert who can create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns that drive real, measurable results. This role is for someone who has solid experience, proven strategies, and an impressive track record of running successful ad campaigns for different clients or brands.

BizEx (The Business Expander) is a turnkey virtual assistant and digital support agency helping health and wellness professionals grow and scale online. We work with functional medicine doctors, nutritionists, therapists, coaches, and wellness brands to bring structure, systems, and strategy into their businesses—so they can focus more on serving their clients and less on day-to-day management.

Beyond individual practices, we also partner with system integrators who serve the same space. Together, we help them build both sides of their business—from marketing and funnel execution to backend operations and automation—creating seamless support for their health and wellness partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

Plan, create, and manage high-performing ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.

Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.

Build custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels.

Prepare clear ad performance reports with insights and action steps.

Work closely with our internal team to align campaigns with client goals.

Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are:

Minimum 2–3 years proven experience running paid ads (preferably for multiple clients).

Strong portfolio of past campaigns, results, screenshots, dashboards, and case studies.

Deep understanding of ad metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

Experience with lead generation funnels, pixel setup, tracking tools, and basic analytics.

Excellent targeting, copywriting, and visual direction skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

This is a contract-based role, and hours will depend on the client package assigned. You'll start with one test account, and grow into more if your performance is solid. Client packages range from 20 to 200 hours/month, shared with the rest of the team.
