Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Accounting, Financial Management, Marketing, Social Sciences, Environment, or Communication.
• At least three (3) years’ work experience in related field.
• Strong marketing, analytical and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy for lending and capacity building services.
• Lead networking and marketing activities to engage prospective borrowers.
• Prepare project appraisal reports covering market, technical, financial, management, socio-economic, and environmental aspects.
• Assist partners in developing 3BL targets and address gaps from credit evaluation.
• Facilitate orientation on 3BL and capacity building with partner SEs.
• Establish and maintain open communication with partner SEs and conduct monthly check-ins.
• Ensure documentation of financing contracts and fund release processing.
• Maintain project monitoring file for each assigned SE and monitor targets and indicators.
• Address operational risks and monitor performance, proposing remedial actions as needed.
• Compile relevant documents and ensure access to staff; protect confidential information.
