LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc. (LBF) is seeking an SSP Field Associate to implement and monitor social service programs for IMP members. The role requires organizing program records and coordinating with stakeholders while addressing concerns and ensuring alignment of program status with all parties involved.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in development-related fields, with field experience preferred and a willingness to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
• Preferably with relevant field-based work experience.
• Experience in handling concerns, organizing and conducting trainings.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and monitor social services programs for LBF-IMP members.
• Organize and maintain program records and documentation.
