Job summary

LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc. (LBF) is seeking a SSP Field Associate to implement and monitor social services programs for LBF-IMP members. You will organize and maintain program records and documentation and coordinate with stakeholders to align program status.

The role requires handling concerns and facilitating trainings, with willingness to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines. This is a field-based position supporting development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Preferably with field-based work experience.
• Experience in handling concerns, organizing and conducting trainings.
